We hope that you are 100% satisfied with every DRILLR product. However, if you change your mind about any purchase made on drillr.net, you can, of course, return the item.
Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned unworn and in their original box. We kindly ask you to keep your shipping receipt until your return is processed. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for items lost when returned. You will receive an email once your refund or exchange has been processed. If an exchange cannot be processed due to insufficient stock, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of return for processing.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method only. We aim to refund you within 10 business days after receiving the returned item.
